In our Yoga & Ski Retreat  you will relax and enjoy your time on the mountains. Expect great days on the slopes, Yoga to calm the muscles and mind and delicious cuisines. Yoga & Ski Retreat provides the opportunity to pause from the crazy pace of daily life, rediscover your true nature and let your soul shine.

You can ski every day on your own, with new and old friends or a ski Instructor. Even if you’re not into ski, you can relax, restore, treat yourself to a massage and simply recharge with a walk in the winter wonderland.  

In our Yoga & Ski Retreats we want you to get the best of nature, mountains, lakes and more to bring peace and inspiration in order that you will really enjoy the presence of them. We offer guided hikes for those who would like to explore the natural beauty that surrounds the retreat location.
Accommodation is offered in beautiful rooms with comfortable beds.

Classes take place in the yoga room and when possible outside in the sunshine and fresh air.

The program

What is included in a 6-Day Yoga & Ski Retreat?

  • Accommodation at an amazing villa
  • Daily morning Yoga session to awaken the body and mind for a day on the slopes
  • Daily relaxing Yin Yoga evening session to unwind and stretch out the body, avoiding any pains and ensuring deep relaxation
  • Meditation sessions
  • Delicious breakfast with a healthy twist
  • Planet-based dinner (with one free night to explore the village)
  • Various group activities including cycling and walks in the surrounding nature

What is not included in the Yoga Retreat?

  • Flights, airport transfer or other transport
  • Lunch (you can eat lunch on the slops or in the amazing restaurants in town)
  • Health and/or travel insurance (recommended)
  • Ski equipment, ski pass, and everything related to ski activity

  • Morning Yoga and Meditation class
  • Free time to ski and explore the magical wonder of the surrounding
  • Downtime to eat, relax and read
  • Evening Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga
  • Planet-based dinner
